Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the EasyClaw application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Service Description

EasyClaw is an iOS client application that enables users to interact with AI-powered workflows by connecting to:

  • Built-in AI agents provided by EasyClaw (where available), and/or
  • User-provided OpenClaw-compatible infrastructure and external AI services.

The App provides features including, but not limited to:

  • Chat-based interactions.
  • AI agent configuration and execution control.
  • Deep web search workflows.
  • Workspace file handling.
  • Document analysis and transformation.

EasyClaw operates as a client interface only. The App does not host AI models, manage backend infrastructure, or control how third-party AI services process data. EasyClaw does not replace the user's responsibility for server configuration, provider selection, or infrastructure security.

3. User Responsibilities

By using EasyClaw, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload, transmit, or process any content through the App.
  • You are solely responsible for all API keys, authentication tokens, server endpoints, credentials, and configuration data you provide.
  • You are responsible for securing your devices, accounts, and any connected infrastructure.
  • You understand that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and must not be relied upon without independent verification.
  • You are solely responsible for how AI outputs are interpreted, used, or acted upon.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms when using the App and any connected services.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use EasyClaw to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm individuals or organizations.
  • Distribute malware, malicious code, or perform harmful automation.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or operation of connected services.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to violations of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Services and AI Providers

EasyClaw may connect to third-party services and infrastructure, including but not limited to:

  • OpenAI (for built-in AI agents).
  • OpenClaw servers (remote or self-hosted, added by the user).
  • Public web content sources used in search workflows.

We do not own, operate, or control third-party services and are not responsible for their:

  • Availability, uptime, or continuity.
  • Security practices or data handling.
  • Compliance with laws or regulations.
  • Output accuracy, behavior, or reliability.

Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. AI Features, Consent, and Availability

AI-powered features in EasyClaw are disabled by default.

AI features become available only after the user provides explicit consent to data processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.

If consent is not granted or is withdrawn:

  • AI-powered features remain disabled.
  • No user content is transmitted to AI providers or external infrastructure.

EasyClaw does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of AI features and may modify, limit, or discontinue AI functionality at any time.

7. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

EasyClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • <<Company Legal Name>> shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages arising from: use or inability to use the App, reliance on AI-generated outputs, third-party services or user-provided infrastructure, or security incidents outside our reasonable control.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

EasyClaw may offer paid features, subscriptions, or commercial plans in the future.

If introduced:

  • Pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
  • Payments will be processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system where required.
  • Renewal and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms.
  • Continued use poses security, legal, or operational risk.
  • Suspension or termination is required by law or regulatory authority.

You may stop using the App at any time by discontinuing use or uninstalling the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made:

  • The effective date will be updated.
  • Additional notice may be provided where required by law.

Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
